🛍️ Returns
Due to the nature of perfume and cosmetic products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We do not accept returns on opened, used, or damaged products (unless damaged during shipping).
How to Request a Return:
Email us at support@wovista.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide instructions for returning your item.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the item and the packaging, and we’ll make it right.
